We are introduced not only to all the major characters of the show, even the various themes are being discussed through out the series through different characters. We see Huey in the lead, helping all others and providing solutions to all the problems. Being the individual he is, who wants to change the world; is always on the lawful side. Granddad’s insecurity about his grandsons is shown, and even his interest in the ladylove is brought out. Realizations come on the parts of Riley and Jazmine, as they learn facts about life. Riley learnt the truth about Gangstalicious and the meaning of “Thuggin’ Luv”, whereas Jazmine learns a lesson about life: a true value of a hard day’s work. The most controversial episode “The Return of The king” was also a part of this season, where Huey dreams about the post 9/11world and applies his philosophy of peace to terrorism. With these serious issues being discussed in the show, the show never leaves aside its comedy part. The entertainment part goes hand in hand, which is also the sole purpose, cartoon series. Both the brothers make us laugh with their way of handling life along with others. Leaving aside the serious issues, we enjoy the series on a lighter note too.
