Get Set for More of Samuel L. Jackson!

Samuel L. Jackson is one of the defining actors of this era, and it’s always a delight to catch up with him - be it on the small or the silver screen!
Be it Jules from ‘Pulp Fiction’ or even Russell Franklin from ‘Deep Blue Sea’, Samuel always gives his best, no matter the pedigree of the movie or television series!
However, everything came together in your favorite anime show, The Boondocks, wherein a great actor met his match, in a great concept and the creativity of Aaron McGruder.
The result was the smashingly hilarious character of Gin Rummy, which was provided the booming voice of Samuel.
In fact, the character’s style of speaking is a take-off from the unforgettable Jules from ‘Pulp Fiction’!
Gin Rummy is a soldier and a friend of Ed Wuncler III’s.
But that’s not all, for what’s Boondocks, without it’s biting socio-political commentary!
Apparently, the character is a parody of Donald Rumsfeld, and the hilarious effects of having such a guy on the show must be seen to be believed!
With the diversity of roles that he has portrayed over the years, do you think today’s Samuel would be a highly contented man?
You couldn’t be further from the truth; and as if to prove that, Samuel is soon going to bombard your senses with a dizzying array of roles in a large number of movies!
Fans may perhaps be aware of the nine picture deal that Samuel has signed with Marvel Studios.
Samuel will play the role of Nick Fury in ‘The Avengers’ and several future projects are in the pipeline too!
In fact, this fictional character’s look itself has been modeled after the famous star.
Now, that will be something to look forward to, won’t it?
Samuel has also signed on to play the role of an ex-con in ‘The Samaritan’.
He’s also currently shooting for ‘Meeting Evil’ and ‘XXX: The Return of Xander Cage’.
With so much happening, it’s better that we prepare ourselves for a full fledged Samuel L. Jackson onslaught!
